Advertising

Advertising will be via traditional routes including Television, radio, and billboards. All advertising will comply with the professional licensing boards in each State. An attorney compliance officer will be retained to keep the company in compliance.

Competition

The top advertisers are spending over $2 million each per year on Television. This does not include radio and billboard advertisements.

Our service will allow members to participate in an equivalent size campaign at a fraction of the cost

Technology

The company is actively creating an interactive website with both front end and back end components

This system will allow call center personnel to enter customer information

The system will automatically create and send email confirmations to the participating physicians, attorneys, body shops and pre-settlement finance companies
